Today we will continue a new short series on decorations found in the home for New Years in Japan. The New Year is referred to as shogatsu and during this time you will find many different decorations. Today's origami is for a special holder for chopsticks. This holder features the crane which is always a good luck symbol for many holidays in Japan.
